CD: Natalia - Rules of the Road
It has been
quite a while since such a smooth and fresh voice has graced my ears, and the
fact that this artist is local, makes it all the more gratifying to
enjoy.
Natalia’s Rules of the Road is a gentle piece of art
that contains ten easy-to-listen-to songs, of exceptional quality! The guys here
at MyMusicMatrix (where the album was recorded) did an awesome job in the way
they produced her work. The actual talent must come from the artists themselves
however, and Natalia (along with her group), has natural talent
indeed!
The
album starts off with a track called 'The Cigarette Song', and the originality
of the title grabbed my attention immediately! That’s
fresh!
Track no.5 'I’m in love with somebody else' is another
song that caught my interest. It’s a catchy song with a lively tune and I took
an immediate liking to it.
Track no. 10, The Hardest Part is the perfect song to
end things off with, as you are left wanting more…
The
album is professionally put together and there is not a single track that
doesn’t fit. If you like the first song (which I’m sure you will), then you will
enjoy the whole album!
So,
if you are in the mood to be entertained by this beautiful young song bird with
her acoustic magick, make Natalia’s The Rules of the Road part of your
collection!
